We started in 2021 with two hatchbacks and a simple frustration: renting a car in the Northeast usually meant an app, an unknown vehicle and nobody to call when something went wrong on a hill road.

Adventure Cars is a family-owned car rental business in Guwahati, Assam, India, founded in 2021. We rent self-drive cars, cars with a driver (our caravan service), a 17-seater AC Force Urbania and a Sprinter caravan. We operate our own fleet of 11 vehicles rather than listing other people's cars.
Self-drive car rental in Guwahati starts at ₹2,000 per day and every self-drive rate includes 400 km per day, with extra kilometres charged at ₹10 per km. The refundable security deposit equals one day of rental. Force Urbania rentals start at ₹13,000 per day with driver and fuel, and the Sprinter caravan starts at ₹18,000 per day with driver. A ₹2,000 token confirms any booking.
We serve Guwahati and the whole of Assam, plus Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur and Sikkim. Pickup is available at our Ahom Gaon office, LGBI Airport, Guwahati Railway Station, Paltan Bazaar and Six Mile / Khanapara, or by doorstep delivery inside Guwahati. We are open 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week, and bookings are made on WhatsApp or by phone on +91 69008 38115. Our story
Adventure Cars is run from Ahom Gaon in Guwahati by a family that has driven these roads for two decades. The first bookings came from friends heading to Shillong for the weekend. Word travelled, and today we run a 12-vehicle fleet of hatchbacks, compact SUVs, 7-seater SUVs, an AC Force Urbania and a Sprinter caravan — 250+ trips delivered and counting.
We own the fleet — that matters
Every vehicle on this site belongs to us. We are not a marketplace matching you with somebody else's car, which means we control the service schedule, we know each car's history, and we can promise you the exact vehicle in the photographs. If a tyre needs replacing, it gets replaced before the car goes out — not after a customer complains.
Local knowledge, not a call centre
When you WhatsApp us, you reach someone who has crossed Sela Pass in snow and driven Sohra's curves in monsoon. We will tell you honestly if a hatchback is wrong for your trip, when to apply for an Inner Line Permit, and which stretch to finish before dark. That conversation is the actual product; the car is just the hardware.
