Plan the handover, not just the hotel
For a Police Bazaar or hotel pickup, agree an accessible meeting point in advance. If you arrive via LGBI Airport or Guwahati railway station, collecting in Guwahati is another option before driving to Shillong.
Leave room for hill-road delays
Do not plan the return solely around map timings. Rain, fog and traffic can slow a Meghalaya drive; check current conditions before departure and avoid rushing between sightseeing stops.

Yes. Adventure Cars arranges delivery from its Guwahati fleet to Shillong on request. Police Bazaar, Shillong hotels and Umiam Lake handovers must be confirmed in advance; there is no walk-in Shillong branch.
The Hyundai i20 and automatic Maruti Baleno start at ₹2,000 per day. The daily allowance is 400 km, with extra kilometres at ₹10/km. Fuel is separate. Confirm delivery, collection and any other trip charges in your written quote before paying.

Bring your original driving licence held for at least one year, government photo ID and address proof. Drivers must be at least 21 for hatchbacks and compact SUVs, or 23 for 7-seater SUVs.
