Yes. Request our Caravan car-with-driver service from LGBI Airport for a Shillong transfer or a multi-day Meghalaya trip. Share your flight details, dates, hotel, passengers, luggage and return point. Guwahati city to Shillong is about 100 km and usually 3–3.5 hours; the airport journey is roughly 125 km and needs additional time. A daily outstation rate is not a fixed one-way airport fare: we confirm the itinerary, availability and total quote before booking.
Choose for passengers and bags, not seat count alone. A hatchback suits a couple with light luggage; a Creta or Innova Crysta is an option for families, subject to luggage fit. A full seven-seat booking leaves less room for bags, so share luggage count before confirming. A Shillong-only visit can use one or two nights; for Shillong, Cherrapunji and Dawki, our driver-service guide suggests 3–4 days. Shillong to Cherrapunji is about 50 km and 1.5–2 hours before sightseeing stops. Larger groups can request a driver-only Force Urbania.
Caravan rates include a driver. Per-kilometre pricing includes fuel; per-day pricing includes fuel for 250 km, rather than the self-drive allowance of 400 km. The listed driver night halt is ₹400 per night, and state permits and tolls are billed at actuals with receipts. Ask us to itemise the charging basis, included distance, extra running, driver allowance or night halts, parking, pickup and return arrangements and any delivery or collection charges. Confirm the total before paying; Urbania has separate group-travel terms.
